The BMICH Colombo is an instantly recognizable facet in the city of Colombo and among the very first purpose-built convention centers in Asia itself. It has a variety of great halls and galleries that make for incredible conference halls for those interested in holding one here, but it also excels in terms of pure beauty and the artistic quality of the building. The huge complex of BMICH Colombo consists of nine buildings laid out on a beautiful park, with immense lawns and paved walkways as well as the occasional tree cover for those interested in getting out of the sun. There is a fountain to boot, just in front of the main building with its flat roof as it stands out like a great, intricately detailed palace. Each of the conference halls and venues of the complex looks different, which in itself is an achievement, providing radically different atmospheres in each hall.
