You will also visit the Dambulla cave temple, which dates to the 1st century BC. The rock fortress of Sigiriya is Sri Lanka’s most visited attraction and is considered the eighth wonder of the World. The Kingdom of Yapahuwa is famous for its intricate stone carvings and steep fortifications. For a glimpse of medieval architecture and craftsmanship, no better example exists than the ancient city of Polonnaruwa.

The cost per person for this holiday is based on a minimum booking of two persons. A solo traveler can reserve this holiday by paying a supplementary fee.

Minneriya Jeep Safari: A jeep safari at Minneriya National Park can be booked by selecting a Jeep Rental under More Option tab. The safari jeep rental covers vehicle rental and park service fees with applicable taxes. Non-residents would require park entry tickets.
Your chauffeur will meet you at your hotel in Colombo or Negombo and drive you to Dambulla via Yapahuwa. In Yapahuwa you will explore the Rock Kingdom before heading to the Dambulla cave temple. Night in Habarana/Sigiriya.
Over the next two days, you will visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Polonnaruwa Ancient City, and have the option of enjoying an evening jeep Safari in Minneriya National Park. Night in Habarana/Sigiriya. You can expect to be back at your hotel in Colombo or Negombo by late evening on day 3.
