About This Activity

This 3.5-hour jeep safari in Kaudulla National Park offers an excellent opportunity to observe these majestic beasts in the wild. Kaudulla National Park acts as an important corridor for the migration of elephants between Minneriya and Wasgamuwa national parks. At the center of the park is the ancient Kaudulla tank, a man-made irrigation reservoir, which draws to its banks large herds of elephants during the dry months of August to December.
